I am an experienced Real Estate professional with a wealth of experience in the senior housing market. I have extensive knowledge of the system. That is why I developed an alternative solution- Senior Hostels. These units will have a kitchens, bathrooms and general living space. Other amenities can be offered when the project scales. Able-bodied seniors can help others stay independent longer.
